Luis was our sales person, he listened to what I wanted in a Highlander Platinum, he explained he would work diligently to find it. It turned out to be a little more difficult than either of us expected. In the four month search, he kept me posted on a weekly basis. It arrived and everything is just what I ask for. The service department was a little slow in getting back to my husband and I. Although they were very nice to us.
I am happy with the work done on my 4Runner. I am not happy with the fact that my car was filthy dirty when I left to go home. It had dirt all over the hood and windshield. Also, I don't appreciate that someone enjoyed driving my car while in your care. It had several miles added to the odometer.
Friendly greeting upon arrival. Kept us informed of progress during the wait time and reviewed what the mechanics had performed including a check of the condition of the vehicle going foward. Overall, a job well done.
This dealership goes above and beyond seeing that my car wishes came true. Roy was outstanding. He listened and found exactly what I was looking for. A few days after I got my car he texted to make sure I was happy. I haven’t purchased a car in a long time so there’s a lot of buttons and lights that I have never dealt with. Roy has answered “new car” questions without making me feel goofy for asking I highly recommend giving them a call and ask for Roy.

They are friendly and helpful. When they put standard oil in our vehicle on our last service and we brought for a new oil change, they apologized which is rare these days.
This dealership is very professional and polite and made me feel very comfortable, but after agreeing on the price the time it took to sign the documents took too long. I had a friend waiting in a car over an hour. That should only Have taken 15 minutes. I recommend this dealership. Nobody’s perfect.

I located a pre-owned Expedition we were shopping for, the vehicle was represented the way it was on their website, I had spoken with Kenzie, she was very accommodating and answered my questions, after driving to see it and evaluate the vehicle we did purchase, there was not much negotiating and no high pressure sales, we also dealt with Rowdy for financing and left with it. Very pleased with the dealership.
They are helpful. I like the fact that when a filter needs to be replaced, they bring the old one inside so you can make a good decision. The mechanics offer advise as to what you need to do for your vehicle but no pressure. Everyone is courteous.
Recall was completed as scheduled and also was provided courtesy transportation to and from desired location so I didn’t have to wait long at dealership.

The buying experience was normal until the purchase was made and fours days after the purchase I discovered a cracked in the glass on the back passenger side door.
